This camera was traded in by the sole owners family, it was purchased new by a famed fine artist from Mexico and remained with the family until coming to me.

This 5x7 Technika has just received an extensive CLA service.  It was restored to very nice condition and functioning well again, approx 40 hours of service to bring a camera to this level and would run approx $2000 in restoration costs if were to start with another example.

During extensive CLA service old lubrication was completely removed, all movements are now smooth, all locks and tension were properly adjusted to best feeling.  This camera is working very well after extensive CLA service.

All movements are smooth, all locks and tensions adjusted back to factory tolerance.  Rangefinder service, film plane perfectly aligned.  

Lenses are in nice vintage condition and all three shutters were CLA'd, working properly.

The opposite of as-is camera operating roughly, this a turn key 5x7 Technika fully serviced and ready to use. Nice condition camera with normal wear for age, many 5x7 examples are in rough condition and often dropped with broken corners of camera body, this one survived nicely with minor normal finish wear.
