Hard to find Schneider 8x10 format lens, 480mm f/6.8 Symmar-S Multicoated lens with Copal #3 shutter.

The glass is free of scratches/fungus/cleaning marks.  The shutter is accurate at all speeds, including slow speeds.  The aperture is snappy and free of oil. 

It shows typical light Schneideritis white spots which everyone knows are purely cosmetic and have no effect on image quality whatsoever, they are normal for Schneider lenses!

This is a large lens, includes the original front/rear leather lens caps, retaining ring and lens board spacer.

Great lens for 8x10 photography.
